Mai-trinh huynh

Trinh is pretty much the brains of the operation. She implements the set up, conducts all the training, and makes sure you get what you need in a timely manner. She's very compassionate and possibly one of the most optimistic people you will ever meet. 

Beware, if you are in a bad mood and intend to stay in a bad mood, DO NOT look her in the eyes. She will turn your day right around in an instant and wipe your memory clean of any negative thoughts you've had all day. As much as she moves around the restaurant, she always finds time to talk to anyone who is willing to listen. 

hoang 'andy' nguyen

Head Chef/CO-OWNER

Andy is easily one of the most talented artists you'll ever meet. He is slowly balding but that doesn't stop him from making some outstanding pho!

Fun fact, he built this restaurant from the ground up. Literally! He installed all those fancy outlets at each table, painted the entire restaurant, did the logo design, created that artificial spinning bowl you won't be able to stop staring at if we take more than 5 minutes to seat you, and he even built the kitchen stove!! Okay, maybe he didn't build the kitchen stove, but seriously, give this guy some credit. In fact, if he comes out, give him a big hug. He deserves one.
